    I’m using Prettyfaces 2.0.4.

    Is it possible to disable Logging for Prettyfaces? My Server log gets cluttered with the log statement

    [#|2010-10-01T15:48:24.755+0100|INFO|glassfish3.1|com.ocpsoft.pretty.config.PrettyConfigurator|_ThreadID=33;_ThreadName=Thread-1;|Reading config [/WEB-INF/pretty-config.xml].|#]

    This statement is traced multiple times everytime a web page is accessed.

    Try version 3.1.0 – we removed the unnecessary logging statements.

    Make sure you get the version for JSF 2:

    http://ocpsoft.com/prettyfaces/

    <dependency>
    <groupId>com.ocpsoft</groupId>
    <artifactId>prettyfaces-jsf2</artifactId>
    <version>3.1.0</version>
    </dependency>

    Also make sure you have

    <context-param>

    <param-name>javax.faces.PROJECT_STAGE</param-name>

    <param-value>Production</param-value>

    </context-param>

    in your web.xml or prettyfaces reloads its config on every request.
