It looks like you have configured rewrite-integration-spring correctly; however, it also looks like you have rewrite-integration-cdi in the application as well. I don’t think we’ve ever tried using both of these extensions in the same application, so this may be a bug.
The Spring integration is trying to handle injections for the CDI extension:
Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Could not autowire field: private javax.enterprise.inject.spi.BeanManager org.ocpsoft.rewrite.cdi.bridge.RewriteLifecycleEventBridge.manager;
nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type
If you are not using the rewrite-integration-cdi extension, could you try removing it from your application? We will still need to fix this issue, but it may allow you to work around this particular problem.
