application.xml is as below:

<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

<application xmlns:xsi=”http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance” xmlns=”http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee” xmlns:application=”http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/application_5.xsd” xsi:schemaLocation=”http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/application_5.xsd” id=”Application_ID” version=”5″>

<display-name>EARTest</display-name>

<module>

<web>

<web-uri>app1.war</web-uri>

<context-root>app1</context-root>

</web>

</module>

<module>

<ejb>EJB.jar</ejb>

</module>

<module>

<web>

<web-uri>app2.war</web-uri>

<context-root>app2</context-root>

</web>

</module>

</application>

there is also a sun-web.xml of the app1:

<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

<!DOCTYPE sun-web-app PUBLIC “-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Application Server 9.0 Servlet 2.5//EN” “http://www.sun.com/software/appserver/dtds/sun-web-app_2_5-0.dtd”>

<sun-web-app error-url=””>

<context-root>/app1</context-root>

<security-role-mapping>

<role-name>developer</role-name>

<principal-name>mainUser</principal-name>

<group-name>admin</group-name>

</security-role-mapping>

<session-config>

<session-manager persistence-type=”memory”>

<manager-properties>

<property name=”sessionFilename” value=””/>

</manager-properties>

</session-manager>

</session-config>

<class-loader delegate=”true” />

</sun-web-app>

I’m not sure about how to configure glasfish behavior.
