Ha,

Actually if i use ‘-‘ parameter both for separation and for date does not look good in URL. Its look like below.

http://e125:8080/b2c/vacation-packages/search?trip=R&origin1=RUHNYCBLR&destination1=JEDDXBLOS&depart_date=31-10-201201-11-201205-11-2012&arrival_date=07-11-201210-11-201215-11-2012&type=D&room1=1A-0C-0I

Thats the reason i wanted to use ‘/’ character to differ the dates which looks like below.

http://e125:8080/b2c/vacation-packages/search?trip=R&origin1=RUHNYCBLR&destination1=JEDDXBLOS&depart_date=31/10/201201/11/201205/11/2012&arrival_date=07/11/201210/11/201215/11/2012&type=D&room1=1A-0C-0I

But the ‘/’ character is reserve character. Is there any idea we can encode the ‘/’ charter from java before sending to URL,

where the browser URL should not convert those ‘/’ character to %2F?
