I’m currently using pretty-faces 3.3 and I’m very satisfied.
I’m using inbound and oubound request.
My ptretty-faces.xml has rules like this one:
<url-mapping id="login" parentId="base">
<pattern value="/login" />
<view-id value="/pages/main/login.jsf" />
… but now I would like to rewrite the domain, like this example:
should be rewritten into
How can I do that?
unfortunately PrettyFaces doesn’t support rewriting the domain name part of the URL.
But you should have a look at Rewrite, with is the successor of PrettyFaces and also supports rewriting of domain names:
Rewrite offers a PrettyFaces compatibility module, which allows you to migrate to Rewrite and keep using your old PrettyFaces configuration.
