    Hi,

    I would like to use PrettyFaces with my existing JSF Project. That is built with Iceface frame work.

    Before I tested with small application with Netbeans ant project. PrettyFaces working fine with JSF. But its not working with iceface xhtml page.

    <url-mapping id="login">
    		<pattern value="/welcome" />
    		<view-id value="/welcomeIcefaces.xhtml" />
    	</url-mapping>

    The following dependancies i’ve used

    rewrite-config-prettyfaces-2.0.1.Final.jar
    rewrite-integration-faces-2.0.1.Final.jar
    rewrite-servlet-2.0.1.Final.jar

    When i open the url http://localhost:8080/PFtest/welcome it shows blank. Do I need specify anything additionally. Can anyone help please

    Thanks.

    Could you tell me what version of servlet you are using, and include your web.xml? Also, do you think you could upload a sample project that reproduces this? I’d like to try it out myself.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve add the project in drop box here is the link

    Hi,

    Thanks for taking the time to put the project online. Unfortunately, .rar is not a very easy format to open in certain operating systems. Could you please attach the project as as .zip or .tar.gz ? If it is a Maven project, please simply zip the sources, and not the fully built WAR file.

    Thanks!

    I just had a quick look at the application, because it’s difficult for me to get a Netbeans project up and running.

    But could you try to add /faces to your view-id?

    <url-mapping id="login">
        <pattern value="/welcome.xhtml" />
        <view-id value="/faces/welcomeIcefaces.xhtml" />
    </url-mapping>
