    Hi,

    Is there a way to send a parameter for PrettyFaces navigation string?

    It would be something like this:

    return “pretty:some-url-mapping-id?1”

    Sending do

    /pattern/1

    Thank you!

    If you are using JSF2, you should be able to do this by using JSF redirecting navigation + query parameters. PrettyFaces should rewrite the outbound URL for you based on the mapping:

    return "/faces/view.xhtml?faces-redirect=true&id=1";

    Let me know if this works for you.

    We probably should support the behavior you want for JSF1.2, but this is a more portable workaround for JSF2 anyway.

    I’m using JSF2 on tomcat6.

    I’ll try that!
