    Hi there,

I just dowloaded and installed the prettyfaces in my application, it’s a JEE6 based under JBoss AS6 , i followed all steps in the link : http://ocpsoft.org/prettyfaces/
    I used the last version

    when I try to access the URL : http://localhost:8080/prettyfacesTest/go I got a 404 error

    Am’i missing something?

Could you show us your configuration? Either pretty-config.xml or your annotations.

I can’t send XML files and I can’t either write XML tags in reply, how can I send you my config file?

    #24100

Seems like there is something wrong with the upload. Could you post it directly into your reply?

    #24101

You can also post it here:

    http://pastebin.com/

Just change the file extension to .txt and re-upload.

You can also try XML again, it should work now.

This config file looks good. And you have a file index.xhtml in your web app root directory? Can you share your web.xml?

Yes I do, and this is the web.xml I’m using :

Weird. And pretty-config.xml is in your WEB-INF folder?

Could you perhaps upload a sample application? This would simplify the process of helping you with this.

Yes of course it’s an Eclipse project:

You are missing rewrite-config-prettyfaces.jar in your deployment. See http://ocpsoft.org/prettyfaces/ for instructions!

Hopefully this should be the missing piece 🙂
